John T. Hall, CEO

John Hall co-founded VA Linux Systems (now VA Software, NASDAQ: LNUX) and helped lead the company to a record-breaking IPO in the late 1990's, at the start of the Linux and open source revolution. At VA, John served as Sr. Vice President of marketing, overseeing worldwide marketing strategy, in addition to a number of other leadership roles including managing professional services, support and corporate strategy. In 1999, John spearheaded the creation of SourceForge.net, the world's largest collaborative development web site, currently hosting over 100,000 application development projects and supporting over 1.2 million registered users. Additionally, John created and served as General Manager of the VA subsidiary now known as the Open Source Technology Group (OSTG). OSTG is the leading network of technology sites for IT managers, developers and professionals. It presently serves more than 270 million page views and over 18 million unique visitors monthly.

Jay Borenstein, Founder

Jay Borenstein founded IntApp in 2000 with a vision to make application integration and data sharing straightforward, and the technical and management experience necessary to see this vision through. Prior to starting IntApp, Jay served as Chief Technology Officer for LeaseExchange where he architected and implemented an online equipment leasing marketplace that consolidated and communicated financial and asset information across parties engaged in leasing transactions. From 1994 to 1999, Jay was the President and CEO of Digital Empyre, a software consulting company that provided application integration and data communication solutions to clients including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, LGC Wireless and the San Francisco Giants. He holds a bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics and a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Mark Leslie, Advisor
Managing Director, Leslie Ventures, former Chairman, President, and CEO of Veritas Software

Currently the managing director of Leslie Ventures, a private investment firm, and a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford School of Engineering, Mark Leslie grew Veritas Software Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTS) into the tenth largest independent software company by revenue, attaining Fortune 1000 status and expanding the organization from 12 to 5500 employees. Mark presently serves on the boards of Network Appliance (NASDAQ: NTAP), Avaya Corporation (NYSE: AV), and a number of privately-held technology companies including: MetricStream, Outerbay, Model N Software, Panta Systems, Scalix and PostX. He also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations including: the Communication Foundation of Silicon Valley, the Leslie Family Foundation and the Veritas Software Foundation. Leslie received bachelor's degrees in Physics and Mathematics from New York University, and completed Harvard Business School's program for management development.

Joe Kraus, Advisor
Co-founder and CEO, JotSpot

Joe Kraus is the co-founder and chief executive officer of JotSpot, the first application-wiki company, technology that enables non-technical users to build custom, web-based content, collaboration and service applications in corporate and internet environments. A long time entrepreneur, Joe has been involved with early-stage technology companies for more than twelve years. Upon graduation from Stanford University in 1993, he co-founded Excite, Inc. The original president of Excite, Joe was deeply involved in determining product strategy, direction and vision. He also held senior operational roles in business development, international development and content. After leaving Excite@Home in 2000, he co-founded Digitalconsumer.org, a non-profit grassroots consumer organization, comprised of more than 50,000 members. Joe is also a private investor, working with a number of early-stage technology companies.
